  The text is typewritten. The Indian phrases in this book are in the TAGHUD tongue of the LOUCHEAU people of OLD CROW, which is 80 miles above the Arctic Circle. "Kwirzi Trua" means 'good eating'. There are six sections, the first of which deals with "northern recipes": Venison Taku, Moose Heart, Banock, Igloo canopés.
