Robert's Float or How to Ride the Yukon River by Raft (DVD): Join Yukoner Robert Bellon as he builds and sails a historic log raft down the Teslin and Yukon Rivers. A crew of 10 people from around the world assist Robert in his dream to make it all the way to Dawson City, land of the Klondike Gold Rush. With only paddles and pushpoles with which to steer the raft, the crew encounters many obstacles and natural wonders in the Yukon wilderness.

“Robert's Float” includes 6 computer animation sequences that help to explain the dangers of river travel. Each animation explains what to look for on a river trip and how to avoid such obstacles as “Sweepers”, “Sand and Gravel Bars”, “Log Jams” and “Back Eddies”. Learn about the obstacles, then watch the crew of Robert's raft deal with each danger in turn.

“Robert's Float” features a unique slide guitar music of Yukon musician Aylie Sparkes. Aylie's musical score, coupled with the breathtaking scenery of the Yukon and Teslin river wilderness, makes this film an unforgettable floating adventure.
